The 2009 HUMMER H3T due out this fall has once again been spotted out west. We last saw the H3T courtesy of a bartender at Red Rock in Las Vegas – now a different H3T has been spotted at a photo shoot on the pacific coast of California. This is the first time we’ve seen any photos of the ‘slant-back’ besides the camo-covered-prototype from the Baja 1000 chase vehicle. The bed cover is made my SNUGTOP, who is supplying numerous factory licensed accessories for the new pickup truck. Remember, if you see the H3T or any other interesting HUMMER (H4??) vehicle wandering around – snap a picture and send it our way!
Here’s what SNUGTOP released last month about their HUMMER H3T products:
“SNUGTOP has designed an innovative, high-strength fiberless cap and an easy access tonneau cover for the H3T pickup in the unmistakeable style that marks a HUMMER,” says SNUGTOP President Hartmut Schroeder. “A first-in-class truck deserves first class accessories, and we’re proud to support the HUMMER brand with truck bed covers as rugged and ready as the H3T itself.”
Featuring a classic low-profile and contoured design, the H3T’s SnugLid tonneau cover keeps cargo in place and protects it from weather and theft while its tailgate-overlap provides extra security. Appearing as a natural extension of the cab and featuring a slant back reminiscent of the original HUMVEE, the precision-crafted SNUGTOP Slant Back Cover provides extra storage for all manner of outdoor gear and gadgets, notes Schroeder.
